Narrowsburg is the cultural hub of western Sullivan County. The Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA) runs the Tusten Theatre with a year-round program of film, music, and visual-art exhibitions, and the Big Eddy Film Festival brings a weekend of independent programming each August. Main Street sits on a high bluff over the Delaware, with enough restaurants and shops to anchor a weekend. No dispensary in town yet — the nearest are in Callicoon-adjacent Jeffersonville and down in Monticello.
