What to expect
The Big Eddy Film Festival runs every August at the Tusten Theatre in Narrowsburg, presenting independent documentary and narrative film with filmmaker Q&A sessions. A weekend program built around the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance's year-round mission. Adults 21+ should follow standard MA-style Catskills cannabis-aware planning — Tusten Theatre is private property with house rules; consume only at your lodging.
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
