What to expect
The Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum in Livingston Manor — the spiritual home of American dry-fly fishing — runs year-round programming including casting clinics, fly-tying classes, and educational events on the Willowemoc. Annual summer events include the Hex Hatch celebration. Adults 21+ should follow the standard state-land cannabis rule on the river.
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
