What to expect
Longyear Gallery on Main Street in Margaretville rotates exhibitions roughly every four to six weeks throughout the year. Cooperative gallery model means the shows lean toward member artists rather than imported headliners, which gives the program a specific grounded feel. Saturday-afternoon opening receptions are the social anchor. Adults 21+ keep cannabis at lodging.
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
