What to expect
The Open Eye Theater on Main Street in Margaretville runs new and classic productions across a small-room year-round season. Programming rotates between adult and family theater. Walk-in ticketing for most shows; reserved seating for larger productions. Adults 21+ keep cannabis at lodging.
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
