The Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice runs each August, bringing classical-vocal, opera, and choral programming to multiple venues across the Phoenicia area. The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop.
