Spruceton Inn Dinner Series 2026 — West Kill

Spruceton Inn in West Kill runs a chef-driven dinner program tied to the inn — guests get priority on Saturday-night seatings; outside reservations sometimes available. Shorter, more curated menu than the bigger farm dinners, with the option to stay on-property after. The inn itself sits in a remote pocket north of Hunter, which makes the experience self-contained. Adults 21+ should know Spruceton's house policy; consume at the room.
