What to expect
Colony on Rock City Road has the longest-running concert calendar in Woodstock — folk, blues, indie singer-songwriter, mid-sized for the Catskills (~250 cap), with a good bar program and a kitchen. Most weekends booked. Adults 21+ pre-roll at the Woodstock-area lodging or rental; cannabis is not permitted on Colony's premises.
The rule, plainly
Adults 21 and over may possess up to three ounces of flower and 24 grams of concentrate, bought from a licensed shop. New York state law prohibits cannabis consumption on state-owned land and in public spaces. What it means for your evening: buy sealed from a licensed shop, keep it closed in the car, and consume only where the venue allows; rentals set their own house rules, so ask before you book.Checked Sep 2026 · Source: OCM
